What we collect

Your email address when you sign in.
YouTube video URLs you paste into the app.
Scripts and text you paste or generate inside ScenePull.
Usage data: how many generations you ran, downloads, plan and credit consumption.
Payment information processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers; Stripe sends us a customer ID and the subscription status.

Analytics & tracking

GA4 and the Meta Pixel currently fire on page load across the site. We do not show a consent banner right now — automated audience detection is most reliable on English-language traffic, and we want to be upfront about that choice rather than hide it. If we determine a banner is legally required for your region (for example, expanded GDPR or ePrivacy enforcement that applies to us), we will add one and update this policy.

Account data (email, scripts, generation history) is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after you ask us to delete it, to handle disputes and refund requests.
Generated asset files (images, video clips, ZIP exports) are deleted from our servers 24 hours after generation. Download them locally if you want to keep them.

07 / Your rights

Your rights

You can ask for an export of your data, or for your account and everything tied to it to be deleted. Email support@scenepull.com from the address attached to your account and we will action it within 14 days.

08 / Security

Security

HTTPS everywhere — all traffic to ScenePull is encrypted in transit.
Supabase Row Level Security enforces that you can only read and write your own rows.
We never store plaintext passwords. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with hashed credentials.

09 / Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change — for example, adding a new processor or changing how long we keep data — we will email registered users and update the effective date at the top of this page before the change takes effect.
