Terms of Service

ScenePull is an independent SaaS operated by a sole operator. These terms cover what you get when you use the service, what you owe us, and what we owe you. Plain English, no surprises. Questions go to support@scenepull.com.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using ScenePull, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the service.
The service
ScenePull analyzes video scripts and returns matching stock media clips and images in a downloadable ZIP. We use third-party stock APIs (Pexels, Pixabay) to source those files. Their own licenses govern the media we deliver to you — we explain that in the next sections.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. One account per person — don't share credentials.
Stock media licensing
Files delivered through ScenePull come from Pexels and Pixabay under their respective free licenses (the Pexels License and the Pixabay License). Both allow commercial use without requiring attribution.
ScenePull does not grant additional rights beyond what those third-party licenses give you. Always verify the current license terms on Pexels and Pixabay before publishing anything that matters.
Subscriptions & billing
- Starter — $9/month or $90/year.
- Pro — $29/month or $290/year.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Every account starts with 3 free generations — no card required.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Free trial
New accounts get 3 free generations with no credit card required. Once you've used them, you need a paid plan to keep generating.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ScenePull to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Don't scrape the site, reverse-engineer the API, or otherwise abuse the service.
- Don't share your account with other people.
Intellectual property
Your scripts are yours. ScenePull's code, branding, and user interface are ours. We don't claim ownership of any media files served through third-party stock APIs — those remain governed by their original licenses.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but we don't offer a formal SLA. We may change, add, or remove features over time, with reasonable notice when the change is material.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that generated asset packs will perfectly match your creative vision, or that every clip will fit every scene.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, where the operator is based. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
Changes
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll email registered users before the change takes effect and update the effective date at the top of this page.
